And even more excited to have Kris Dickinson as our host for the WHOLE month. Don’t you just love the word ‘bohemian’? it brings to mind a life of carefree living and freedom.

here is part of the definition from wikipedia ~ Bohemianism is the practice of an unconventional lifestyle, often in the company of like-minded people, with few permanent ties, involving musical, artistic, or literary pursuits.

My first thoughts for this theme were gypsies, rich gorgeous colours mixed with gold.

This week we’re heading back to the 1920’s to meet that ‘new breed’ of women known as Flappers.  They bobbed their hair, wore short skirts and generally went against what was considered to be acceptable behaviour for women in that period. We’d love to see your postcards celebrating this period; remember all mediums are welcome just make your piece 6″ x 4″ in size.

This is most definitely the song that pops into my mind when I hear the word ‘MEMORIES’ ~ have just googled it and there’s a plethora of songs with the title memories.  Hopefully, you have find it inspiring to play along 🙂

This week we chose ‘memories’ because in the US they are celebrating Grandparents Day … which is so cute I  think 🙂
